When you receive your item, check it thoroughly for any defects and then try it on. Only when you are completely happy with the product and intend to keep it .

If for any reason you are unhappy or dissatisfied with your purchase, you could send it back to us. Then you will get a refund, exchange, or store credit as you request. However, please keep it in the same condition and packaging that you have received it in and we should receive your return within 30 days of receipt. Please don’t remove any label and tag on the item.

Return Eligibility Conditions

Please read conditions below. If all conditions are not met, EC Gadget reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a 10% restocking fee. All returned items must be in new condition in their original unaltered box (including an intact UPC code) and must include all original packing materials, manuals, and accessories. EC Gadget can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.


Refunds & Credits

Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 5-7 business days for a credit to appear on your account. We will issue your refund in the same way you made your original purchase. Please note: we can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable.

All return packages must be shipped using a prepaid registered post , or UPS, FedEx and USPS(ask for services that have tracking options). We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.  Ecgadget.com retains the right to refuse any returns Inconsistent with the above conditions

Limited Liability

EC Gadgets is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise. EC Gadgets is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. we are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only. Additionally, claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within two business days of receipt of merchandise.

The cost of returning the unwanted items is paid by the customer, however if you want an exchange, the shipping charges to mail back the exchanged item to you will be covered by Ecgadget.com in case its our fault.

However, if you are exchanging the item for any other reason than our fault, Ecgadget.com will charge you the cost of shipping for the replacement, which will be the same as specified in our shipping policy.

Please note that there will be no return or exchange during our special offers. Therefore, please try to double check the size guide before placing your order.

Customised Items

We are unable to accept returns or exchange items that have undergone customisation, unless they have been found faulty after detailed examination by our Product Assessments team. Please choose your customisation details carefully, and retain a copy of your confirmation notice for future reference. If it is found that we have incorrectly customised your item/s contrary to your instructions and the confirmation notice, we will gladly replace them. We will not accept returns of customised items if prior to, during or after the customisation process a player changes his number or leaves a club.


Gifts When the merchandise is returned, the gifts also must be returned together if there are some gift sent with.
